This program was designed for youth groups, schools and other organizations to collectively make a difference. Often times, people want to help but feel that the problem is too big for them to make a difference. This program allows participants to combine efforts – in a way as small as spare change – and make a big impact in the lives of orphans.
Change collected as a part of the Spare Change program helps provide our boys at the Bolivia Life Center with:
· Health and dental treatments
· Tutoring
· Counseling
· Life Skills Training
· Mentoring
· Extracurricular Activities
Groups of all sizes and affiliations can participate. Any group that raises $3000 will have their name added to a brick in the Walkway of Life at the Bolivia Life Center.
There are many ways you can collect change. Be creative! We would love to hear about how your group decides to gather your change. We encourage you to have fun creating your own coin bank out of jar, can, box or other container!
If you are interested in participating or have additional questions, please contact our Director of Development, Michelle Shott at michelle@cinonline.org.
